Organise visitor-insurance facts and questions without guessing what a policy pays.
Free to use. No account needed. Operated by Universal Document.
Public worksheet prototype v0.4. Enter policy facts, not health histories. This worksheet cannot say what an insurer will pay, calculate your maximum exposure or recommend a plan. No insurance is sold here.
Put the policy facts side by side
Copy facts from the actual policy certificate. Leave uncertain facts marked “not confirmed”. Matching fields do not establish equivalent policies.
Questions for an authorised seller
- Which certificate, jurisdiction and age band apply?
- What services, conditions and circumstances are excluded?
- How does the deductible apply, and which costs do not count toward it?
- What coinsurance, benefit schedules, sublimits and network rules apply?
- What does the policy actually mean by any pre-existing-condition or acute-onset wording?
- What approvals, payment arrangements and claims procedures are required?
Premium, deductible and policy maximum are different facts. Adding premium to deductible does not establish an upfront payment requirement or a worst-case bill. A stated maximum is not a promise that every expense is covered.
Read the certificate and obtain written clarification from the seller. This page supplies organisational help only, not personal insurance, medical or legal advice. Do not enter names, birth dates, diagnoses or identity documents.
